If any major common allergens recognized by FDA are contained in an Alvarado Street Bakery product, they will be listed in the ingredient statement and in the allergen statement just below the ingredient list.
All Alvarado Street Bakery facilities have allergen policies in place to reduce cross contamination and prevent misformulation of products with foreign allergens.
Alvarado Street Bakery products are processed on a line that comes in contact with the following allergens: Wheat (including gluten), Soy, Fruits (dates and raisins), Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Lentils, and Corn. Our Sprouted Wheat Pizza Breads (only) are processed on a line that also comes in contact with cheese.
