Prep time: 5 Minutes | Cook time: 2 Minutes

Bruschetta is an Italian summers dream! When tomatoes are in season, they are like juicy gold. Burrata is perfectly spreadable and lends as the perfect backdrop, while charring the bread is a nice departure from the norm.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 slice of Sprouted No Salt Added Bread

1tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

3-4 tbsp. burrata

1 heirloom tomato, sliced

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp. basil leaves, torn

Brush bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place bread on a hot grill and toast until charred around the edges. Fresh off the grill, rub bread with garlic clove. Set aside.

To assemble:

Spread burrata evenly on bread and top with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with torn basil leaves.
