2 slices Sprouted White Bread
2 tbsp butter
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup + 2 tbsp parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Put bread slices in a food processor and pulse until broken into
small pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat. Once the butter is melted,
reduce heat and add in the bread crumbs. Toast for about 5 minutes or until golden
2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and then place in a large bowl. Add in the olive oil,
parmesan, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Toss until cauliflower is evenly coated.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until tender. Halfway through cooking, flip cauliflower
and sprinkle with some of the toasted breadcrumbs (you will probably have some
breadcrumbs left over).
