Mexican Street Corn 'Elote' Chopped Bagel

Love the taste of creamy spicy street corn?  It doesn't have to wait for dinner or even leaving the house. Dial up your bagel with a street corn inspired delicious spread. Fresh herbs and seasonings give this recipe a kick of Mexican flavors that hit just right.

Directions

1. Slice your bagel and toast.
2. Pile cilantro, corn, cheese, jalapeños, cream cheese, tajin, squeeze of lime, and tortilla chips on a board.
3. Grab a knife and start chopping until all ingredients are mixed together.
4. Scoop onto the toasted bagel.
5. Add more crushed tortilla chips and a little salt.
6. Cut in half and enjoy!
