15 Minute Garlic Bread

15 Minute Garlic Bread

Serves 4
 
INGREDIENTS

4 slices of Sprouted Sourdough Bread
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
2 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp water 
Parmesan cheese (optional) 


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.

Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Mix in all the ingredients (except the bread and Parmesan cheese) and stir until combined. The mixture should be thin enough to spread onto the bread – if it is too thick, add in a tsp of water.

Brush on the mixture between the four slices of bread, and spread it out.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and put it back in the oven for a minute, so the cheese gets a little melty.
