When you pair creamy brie with floral Bosc pear, the result is simply delicious! The addition of lavender honey is a perfect finish.
1 Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, toasted
1 Bosc pear, core removed and sliced into 8 wedges
1 tsp. butter
1-2 oz. of sliced brie
1 tsp. lavender honey (or plain honey is good too)
A pinch of freshly cracked pepper
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter. Add pears and sear on both side until browned edges are achieved, 5-8 minutes. Set aside.
Get clean slices of brie by heating a knife over an open flame, 2 long slices per bagel half.
To assemble: Place brie on each toasted bagel, top with 4 wedges of Pear. Drizzle with honey and a sprinkling of pepper.
