Grilled Pizza Panini Sandwich

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
2 slices of Sprouted Wheat Bread
2 tbsp pizza sauce
Fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 large fresh tomato
2 tbsp black olives, sliced
Cooking oil spray
DIRECTIONS
Coat one side of each slice of bread with a small amount of cooking oil. On the opposite side of one slice layer: cheese, sauce, basil leaves, fresh tomato slices, cheese & olives. Top with the other slice of bread and grill in a panini press for 3-5 minutes, until it is golden and crispy.
